We are home, on time, after a very fruitful ministry trip to England.  Son Rise Ministries home churches are doing well and growing spiritually.  We also were in the midst of the volcanic eruption in Iceland and the disrupting the lives of hundreds of thousands that were stranded in the UK, Europe and around the world because of no flights. The economic loss was staggering.  As we look at the whys and wherefores of such a disruption, we can see that no one can predict when a natural disaster will occur, knowing that God is in control of everything.  Our modern society is no match for the awesome hand of God moving over the earth. Again, it takes a close walk with God to walk through some of these surprising events that impact  lives.  Thank God for the sovereignty of God, and praise Him who rules and reigns.  I (rene) had a prophesy while in church service in Skipton England, to the pastor’s wife.  She was waiting for her husband, the pastor, to return from India, and of course, he was grounded with no flights.  As I was ministering, I saw the tears of concern on her face, and the Spirit of the Lord moved through me saying “I (the Lord) am going to make a way for your husband to come home,” etc.  I turned and looked at our ministry team, Dave and Lyn Walter, and also Bro. John, and said “Are you hearing what is coming out of my mouth?”  God did make a way and flights began again.  In a few days, we saw our Indian pastor in our friend’s home in Southport, England and we had good fellowship with him, and heard of his adventures returning back to the UK.  We also had an invite to go to India with him.

Are we seeing now the stepping up of natural disasters, and other events that are coming in rapid succession?  God is dealing with the sins of people and sins of nations.  Remember, He will have no other gods before Him.  Where many have not acknowledged Him, and followed after other gods, false religions, greed, homosexuality, abortions, child porno etc. He is now making moves judging the earth and making moves judging this United States.  It has begun and will continue.  These judgments will not only upset the economy, money systems, life styles, but will cause a world wide famine.  Yes, even as it was in Egypt centuries ago during Israel’s time, world wide famine is on the way.  It is going to take a close walk with God and the Lord Jesus Christ to make our ways along these paths of the upcoming severity of life.  Remember, weather changes, hurricanes, earth quakes, tidal waves, snow, drought, floods and a major gushing of oil from the bottom of the ocean floor, all make a dramatic change in the growing of crops, and the food system we depend upon.  This upset spells “FAMINE”.
