Our Travels
Columbus,
Georgia MARCH -2006
THE PART WAS CALLED THE WHOLE
We have just returned from our second trip to Columbus, Georgia
this year. The Lord has such a message for that city, and for
that entire area. We went through the doors that He opened and
it was awesome ministering to the Remnant Church and YHWH-NISSI
Christian Center, both the African Americans and the Hispanics
coming together. The teaching on the prodigal son stirred the
hearts in the morning service and then the move of the prophetic
preaching went forth in the evening. The prophecy warned that
these are the beginning of the days of Ananias and Sapphira, Acts
5. This is when they kept back a portion of the land and said
they sold all of it, but in fact, kept back a part of the money
for themselves. They called the part
the whole, which was lying to the Holy Spirit. Of course
they both dropped dead in a short period of time at the apostles
feet. This brought a fear upon all the church.
In the night service, the prophetic said that God was tired of
His people telling Him that they were giving all to Him (themselves,
their lives, their finances, their desires etc.), when in reality
they only gave Him a part, and the rest they do not release to
Him, but hold on in a covetous way, never changing. Remember the
song, "I SURRENDER ALL?" The Lord said He was going
to require of them that which they said they did but did not,
an affront to the almighty God. He said it would be again as it
was with Ananias and Sapphira. There was a mighty move of His
presence, and then silence followed throughout the church. The
response was that the whole
congregation did not walk, but ran down to the front of the church
and cried out in repentance for giving the Lord a part instead
of the whole, which He deserved. Many were falling down all over
in such a presence of the Lord. A covenant was made that night
and hearts were cleansed.
When the churches in the cities open their doors to the prophets
and apostles, they will hear the heart of God and also they will
partake of the blessings of the Lord; and also His correction.
But oh the outcome will be glorious with the move of the Holy
Spirit bringing a people upward. Is this not the time that the
Lord is moving upon cities to see who will bend their knees to
Him and who will not? Columbus, may you continue to be open to
the prophets of the Lord who will speak and the miracles of deliverance
will follow. Blessed be the name of the Lord!
