UPCOMING ELECTION 2004

 We sent a prophecy out a few days ago, given to Rene in Baton Rouge in July 2004.  We have had good response from it, and confirmation also. Some profound things concerning our country were stated in it. If you have not received it yet, please let us know and we will send you the same again. 

We also felt to send the following on to you.

ENGLAND - FOUR YEARS AGO

John and I  were in England at the time of the election four years ago.  We had already sent in our absentee vote, for we knew we would be out of the country at election time.  We were staying in a home in southern England and on the day of the election, I (Rene) walked into a room where the television was on and there it was announced that Bush had won.  (That was before the Florida vote-counting incident).  The Lord spoke to me -quote:  "Yes, Bush has won.  I am giving the United States a short reprieve."  Unquote.  That was all the Holy Spirit said, but it was quite profound.  What is a "short reprieve?  Webster's dictionary says the word "short" means "not long; brief."  The word reprieve means: "The suspension of executing a sentence; to suspend or delay the execution thereof; to provide temporary relief." So here we have two words -"A short, not long, temporary suspension of executing a sentence." It's like a man on death row that has gotten a reprieve from his sentence, temporarily, but he will eventually take the punishment.    How long is a short reprieve for us here in the US? Was President Bush ushered in as president four years ago because God gave us as a country during this administration a space of time to repent and seek forgiveness for the sins of the land? We know the Word states the Lord sets those in office whom He will; kings, heads of government, etc. He will place some in authority for blessings and some for judgment, which will of course affect the whole of the country.   Was our president chosen by God to give us a space of time to repent and give due honor and glory to the Lord?  What honor have we as a nation given to God these past four years?

Prophecy from Baton Rouge in July 2004 given in part:

"For surely I say unto thee in this day, that there are changes coming to this very country, and changes are on the way.  And yet I would speak unto thee that thou wouldest know before the end of this year, and going into the next, great changes shall begin to take place.  But My people must have ears to hear and eyes to see and know what to do next and yea know what to do next saith the Lord."

" I do not want to trouble My people, saith the Lord, this is not in My heart, nay, but it is because of the season of time the cup of iniquity in this nation has risen up and over-flowed and I would say a nation called by My name, and full of all of the perversion that which I abhor.  And so I would say you have been called this day to hear judgment is on the way."

I leave this for you to consider and ponder and pray.  All I do is speak what the Lord puts on my heart to say.  Blessings to you all - Rene
